Erik Marschall is the owner of JMG Construction and brings a diverse background in education, business development, and entrepreneurship to his work. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Erik began his career as a high school social studies teacher and basketball coach, spending 10 years developing leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. He later transitioned into the construction industry as a Business Development Manager for a Tiffin-based construction company before founding JMG Construction, where he and his business partners have built a reputation for delivering quality residential and commercial construction services.

Today, Erik is expanding his professional journey by pursuing a career as a financial advisor, combining his passion for helping others with his experience in relationship-building, strategic planning, and long-term decision-making. Whether guiding clients through construction projects or supporting advisors in helping families towards their financial goals, Erik is committed to providing valued advice and personalized service.

A former BGSU basketball player, Erik is married to former BGSU volleyball player Chelsey. They live in Bowling Green with their three children—Josie, Macie, and Griffin—and are proud to serve the community they call home.
